Francine became a resident of Cass County in 2021 after moving from The Colony, TX. She graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a degree in Finance. In 2026, she joined our team, bringing more than 13 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, where she worked as an analyst.
In her role at our agency, she supports customers through service assistance, and inbound customer inquiries, always striving to provide a helpful, efficient, and welcoming experience. She is known for her attention to detail and her commitment to making every interaction a positive one. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, exploring local state parks, and appreciating the outdoors. She is also passionate about serving her church and giving back to the community. Francine looks forward to building lasting relationships and assisting customers with their insurance needs. |
